Dispute Resolution

This Statement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the international conventions and treaties acceded to by the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict‑of‑laws rules. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation, both parties agree to submit such dispute to the competent people’s court located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, the place of conclusion of this Statement.
