On September 23, JUSDA held its 2026 AI Showcase, themed “SEE AI,” at its Longhua campus in Shenzhen. JUSDA’s Global Innovation and R&D Service Center presented a portfolio of AI products and applications, including the JUSDA iChain Platform, JusGo, Sky Vigil, IntelliDriver, Warehouse Superbrain, and financial automation solutions. The event also highlighted progress across 23 AI innovation projects undertaken over the past year.
Opening the event, Chad Qian, Director and Head of the center, used a horsemanship analogy to explain the thinking behind JUSDA’s AI strategy. A large language model, he suggested, is like a powerful horse: realizing its potential requires the right saddle and reins to keep its actions directed and controlled. JUSDA’s agent operating system is being developed to provide that operational and governance framework, enabling AI agents to follow business rules, interact with existing systems, and translate model capabilities into reliable execution.
Daniel Liu, Director and Head of JUSDA’s JusLink platform, emphasized that supply chain technology must ultimately be measured by customer outcomes: whether it completes business tasks from end to end, helps customers generate revenue, and reduces operating costs. Technology and product development must support actual delivery, turning AI capabilities into dependable service and lasting business value.
JUSDA iChain Platform: A Shared Foundation for Scalable Applications
The JUSDA iChain Platform brings international logistics control towers, supply chain collaboration, and intelligent applications into a common architecture supported by shared AI capabilities. Products can be deployed independently, combined to meet specific needs, and integrated with customers’ existing systems.
This approach allows businesses to start with a clearly defined requirement and expand adoption over time. It also enables technical capabilities and operational knowledge developed in one project to be reused in others, supporting continuous improvement and broader deployment.
JusGo: Connecting Partners Across International Ocean and Air Freight
JusGo focuses on collaboration across international ocean and air freight operations. It connects shippers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners around individual shipments, bringing together shipping requirements, quotations, and documents scattered across email, messaging tools, and business systems.
AI assists with information extraction, document preparation, and service option comparisons. By connecting quotation requests, bookings, document exchanges, and shipment follow-up, JusGo helps reduce repeated confirmations and missing information, improving coordination and execution across company boundaries.
Sky Vigil: Giving Supply Chain Teams More Time to Respond
Sky Vigil brings together information on ocean freight, air freight, express shipments, customs clearance, sailing schedules, and ports. Continuous tracking, risk identification, and proactive notifications help ensure that the people responsible receive timely updates on changes affecting their shipments.
By assessing the potential impact on specific shipments, the platform gives teams a shared basis for coordinating their response. Visibility becomes a practical resource for managing delivery commitments and adjusting plans.
IntelliDriver: Embedding Business Knowledge in Automation
IntelliDriver processes emails, chat messages, and attachments to extract information, validate it against business rules, and complete missing fields, producing standardized order data. Email-based order processing is currently in pilot operation.
Employees can focus more on reviewing results and handling exceptions, while their corrections inform further improvements. Over time, customer-specific rules and operational experience become shared capabilities that teams can apply consistently.
Warehouse Superbrain: Improving Operational Resource Allocation
Warehouse Superbrain combines employee skills, task priorities, deadlines, and current workloads to support task allocation and dynamic scheduling. It has been introduced at JUSDA’s Zhengzhou and Chengdu sites and continues to be refined through operational feedback.
By incorporating complex operating constraints into the system, the application helps turn experienced supervisors’ scheduling knowledge into capabilities that can be applied across warehouse locations.
Financial Automation: Extending Efficiency Through to Settlement
JUSDA’s financial automation applications support cash receipt reconciliation, invoice matching, and data entry through intelligent recognition, rules-based matching, and automated execution. Human review and exception handling remain part of the process.
Applications have been deployed in selected operations and regions, helping connect operational records with financial settlement while improving data consistency and traceability.
Building AI Around the Realities of Supply Chain Operations
Together, these applications reflect a consistent approach: define problems through actual business needs, guide execution with domain-specific rules, and improve performance through feedback from daily operations. JUSDA’s manufacturing experience, digital systems, and development capabilities provide the foundation for this work.
Scaling these applications also requires an effective framework for operating and governing AI agents. Task configuration, execution monitoring, rule validation, and human intervention help keep automated activity aligned with business requirements. In supply chain operations, dependable and controlled execution is essential to earning customer trust.
As manufacturers expand across regions, procurement, production, logistics, and delivery must remain coordinated across different organizations, systems, and operating practices. AI’s value therefore extends beyond individual productivity gains to resource allocation, process coordination, and delivery performance.
JUSDA’s experience in complex manufacturing supply chains provides a detailed understanding of customer requirements and operational constraints. The products showcased at the event are bringing that knowledge into business workflows, making it reusable across more locations and applications.
Looking ahead, JUSDA will assess product value against customer outcomes, validate complete workflows through reference customer deployments, and extend proven solutions to additional operations. JusLink will accelerate the development of AI agents, system interoperability through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI-native architectures, connecting intelligent decision-making more closely with execution.
The next stage of this work will focus on translating industrial expertise into dependable delivery at scale, strengthening JUSDA’s technology-enabled supply chain services for manufacturers operating globally.
