Milk Run Logistics Project in East China

Challenge

Fragmented logistics operations, high costs, and insufficient standardization resulted in low line-haul efficiency, unstable supplier deliveries, and difficulty maintaining production continuity at scale.

Solution

Challenge

The customer needed to transport a complex mix of electric and fuel-powered buses and heavy trucks, each with different dimensions and handling requirements. Strict zero-mileage delivery standards also require full asset protection and rigorous quality control.

Solution

JUSDA implementing differentiated transportation solutions that standardized operations for non-standard vehicle models. A closed-loop quality management process included pre-departure inspection, real-time in-transit monitoring, arrival acceptance, full route and mileage traceability, customized vehicle protection, and strict control of scratches and collision damage.Certified commercial vehicle drivers were deployed, with NEV safety training and driving behavior monitoring to reduce operational risks.
