China Daily Spotlights Serbia’s Emerging Supply Chain Role and JUSDA’s Expansion in Europe

China Daily recently highlighted Serbia’s growing strategic role in Eurasian industrial and supply chains, examining the country’s geographic position, transport infrastructure, China–Serbia industrial cooperation, and the expanding presence of international supply chain companies.

The report cited Marko Čadež, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, who noted that as global supply chains undergo continued restructuring, Serbia is increasingly leveraging its position between Central and Western Europe, Southeast Europe, and Asia to evolve from a traditional transport crossroads into what he described as a “smart crossroads”—a hub connecting logistics, manufacturing, technology, and regional supply chain services.
