Exciting News! JUSDA Selected as the "National Digital Warehouse Enterprise Pilot,"

Setting a New Benchmark for Smart Supply Chains

Recently, the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP) officially announced its 11th batch of the "National Digital Warehouse Enterprise Pilot" list. Leveraging our profound expertise in global logistics supply chains, hardcore hardware and software technological capabilities, and outstanding innovative practices in digital warehousing, JUSDA International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. successfully stood out and was honored with this national-level recognition. This is not only an authoritative endorsement of JUSDA's digital warehouse infrastructure but also reflects high expectations for us to lead the high-quality development of the modern logistics industry.

Grand Unveiling: Witnessing a New Milestone in Smart Development

To celebrate this industry honor, on May 8th, JUSDA held a grand plaque-unveiling and awarding ceremony for the "National Digital Warehouse Enterprise Pilot" at the G9 Smart Warehouse in the Longhua Park, Shenzhen. Mr. Huang Cong from the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP), along with Manager Tidy Li and Manager Ben He from JUSDA's South China Operations Department, Assistant Manager Eric Dong from the Warehousing Technical Committee, and other distinguished guests, attended the event to witness this milestone moment. Amid warm applause and the dropping of the red silk, the plaque—carrying national-level prestige and industry responsibility—was officially unveiled. This unveiling is not merely a strong testament to JUSDA's long-term commitment to being "technology-driven"; it signifies that the company will use the G9 Smart Warehouse as a new starting point to comprehensively advance toward a higher-dimensional digital warehousing ecosystem.

Actively Responding to National Strategies, Co-building New Digital Logistics Infrastructure

The pilot program was launched in active response to national strategic development plans, aiming to accelerate IoT infrastructure and the digital transformation of bulk logistics. During this 2-year pilot phase, the primary goal is to drive enterprises to elevate digital warehouse management and collaboration, strengthen technological innovation, and build robust digital platforms.

JUSDA has consistently been at the forefront of the industry's digital transformation. This selection indicates that our warehouse management system has fully met national digital standards and will play an exemplary role in driving the intelligent upgrade of the entire sector.

Hardcore Foundation: Global Network & Over 90% Mechanization Rate

Warehousing is more than just a logistics node; it is the "heart" of the supply chain. JUSDA has established 155 locations globally, possessing over 2.5 million square meters of warehousing and distribution space, including 383,100 sq.m. of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and 1,425,500 sq.m. of multi-story warehouses. Backed by this massive infrastructure, JUSDA has achieved a warehousing mechanization rate of over 90%.

Behind this immense operational volume lies a highly skilled digital management team and formidable technical barriers. Currently, JUSDA holds 9 highly valuable warehousing patents—including "smart roll cages," "automated picking devices," and "AGV forklift control methods"—providing a solid technical backbone for efficient digital operations.

Smart-Driven: eVMI and JusLink Empowering Full-Lifecycle Management

In our digital warehousing practices, JUSDA has built a closed-loop management system centered around our JusLink Smart Supply Chain System and eVMI System:

Paperless & Automated Processes: From customer request initiation and delivery appointments to warehouse receiving, put-away, picking, outbound, and settlement, all documents are generated and circulated within the system, forming a complete, traceable digital voucher chain.

Smart Scheduling & Efficient Collaboration: During inbound and outbound operations, the system intelligently follows First-In-First-Out (FIFO) rules, automatically generating and dispatching tasks to the automated equipment scheduling system. It precisely commands AGVs and robotic arms to handle freight, and when combined with PDAs and electronic put-to-light systems, drastically improves operational accuracy and efficiency.

Data Visualization & Lean Management: The system automatically generates reports (like inventory turnover and aging analysis). Visual data dashboards display key metrics like daily throughput and order fulfillment times in real-time, truly realizing the leap from "experience-based management" to "data-driven management."

Looking Ahead: Pioneering with G9 Smart Warehouse to Build a Win-Win Ecosystem

Being selected as a pilot enterprise is an honor—and a brand-new starting point. According to our roadmap, JUSDA will leverage the G9 Smart Warehouse as a benchmark pioneer, deeply integrating WMS, AGV scheduling, and smart equipment management systems to achieve full-chain visibility. Our goal is to boost operational efficiency by over 30%.

Over the next year, we plan to replicate the G9 Smart Warehouse's successful digital model across other core warehouses, aiming to increase our digital warehouse coverage to 50%. Simultaneously, staying true to our core mission of "always exceeding customer expectations," JUSDA will collaborate with over 5,000 upstream and downstream well-known brand clients (including 3C component manufacturers) to build a cross-boundary, integrated digital supply chain ecosystem.

Together, we will forge an innovation-led, green, and low-carbon industrial supply chain, contributing "JUSDA Power" to the booming global digital economy!
