JUSDA will preserve the information required to enforce privacy requests and manage active accounts in accordance with laws and regulations to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Dispute Resolution
This statement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and any international conventions and treaties to which the People's Republic of China is a party, except in case of conflicts of laws. Both parties agree to submit disputes that cannot be settled through friendly negotiation to the court with jurisdiction in the place where this Statement is signed (Longhua District, Shenzhen) for litigation.
