On September 4, the 2026 Enterprise AI Development Conference, hosted by Training magazine under Xinhua Daily Media Group, opened at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. During the event, the inaugural China Enterprise AI Practice Top 50 list was officially announced.
JUSDA Supply Chain Management International Co., Ltd. was named to the Top 50 for its case study, “AI-Driven C2M2C End-to-End Supply Chain Hyperautomation Transformation,” recognizing the company’s extensive progress in supply chain automation and AI-enabled organizational transformation.

As AI moves beyond experimentation and deeper into real-world business operations, the selection places particular emphasis on tangible outcomes. With the organizer’s long-standing focus on organizational and talent development, the program was built around a clear principle: evaluate implementation, not concepts.
In addition to measurable business value, the evaluation also considers the depth of organizational adoption. JUSDA stood out among submissions from more than 300 leading and pioneering enterprises in China by demonstrating a key principle behind its AI transformation: successful technology transformation ultimately depends on organizational transformation.
Rather than treating AI as a standalone IT initiative, JUSDA has approached it as a company-wide effort to redesign and strengthen organizational capabilities.
To embed AI more deeply into frontline operations, JUSDA established an AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) to coordinate strategy, technology architecture and implementation across the organization.
As both a strategic coordination function and an execution accelerator, the AI COE helps bridge traditional boundaries between business and technology teams. Through standardized model selection, architecture development and shared AI infrastructure, it provides a common technology foundation for the organization and helps ensure consistency across JUSDA’s complex global supply chain operations.
But centralized coordination alone is not enough. Scaling AI also requires a repeatable implementation mechanism.
JUSDA therefore introduced a unified CDCA methodology to accelerate AI deployment at scale. The framework covers team formation, use-case design, capability building and training, proof-of-concept development, standardization and enterprise-wide rollout.
This creates a structured path for turning successful AI pilots into repeatable and scalable business capabilities.
Supported by JUSDA’s proprietary supply chain operating platform, business units are deploying multiple forms of AI across day-to-day operations, including autonomous operational agents, management Copilot agents and AI-native applications.
The objective is not simply to add another layer of technology, but to integrate AI directly into workflows, decision-making processes and execution.
In this model, AI agents increasingly function as “digital colleagues” within the organization—supporting employees in handling operational tasks, analyzing information, coordinating processes and accelerating decisions.
The result is a more connected operating model in which AI can support increasingly complex C2M2C supply chain collaboration, orchestration and execution.
According to the evaluation panel, JUSDA’s recognition reflects not only its progress in hyperautomating complex C2M2C supply chain operations, but also the broader organizational model behind the transformation.
As global supply chains face growing pressure from complexity, volatility and rising efficiency expectations, the ability to integrate AI into both technology systems and organizational processes is becoming increasingly important.
JUSDA’s inclusion in the China Enterprise AI Practice Top 50 therefore represents more than an industry award. It recognizes the company’s approach to combining technology and organizational transformation, while providing a practical reference for other enterprises seeking to scale AI beyond isolated pilots.

More importantly, JUSDA’s practice has now been included among the year’s representative enterprise AI implementations in China, providing a reference point for how AI can be deployed at scale across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Looking ahead, JUSDA will continue to develop AI around real business challenges and supply chain scenarios. Supported by its data and platform capabilities, the company will further strengthen the closed-loop process from risk identification and intelligent decision-making to execution and feedback.
By turning AI from a technology capability into a stable and sustainable operating capability, JUSDA aims to provide global manufacturers with supply chain services that are more agile, transparent and reliable.
