Senior provincial and municipal officials attended, including Zhang Jian, Vice Chair of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chair of the Hunan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chen Bozhang, Mayor of Changsha and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee.

Hunan JUSDA Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was recognized as a “Changsha Model Enterprise for Global Expansion Services,” alongside leading organizations including SGS, China Post, SANY Heavy Industry and Wondershare Technology.

The recognition acknowledges Hunan JUSDA’s capabilities in global supply chain integration, cross-border logistics and end-to-end fulfillment, as well as its contribution to helping businesses in Hunan expand into international markets.

Beyond regional recognition, it reflects the increasingly important role of integrated supply chain services in supporting global manufacturing, international trade and industrial competitiveness.

Changsha Entrepreneurs’ Day: Supporting the Next Phase of Global Growth

As China enters its 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026–2030), Changsha is strengthening its support for private enterprises, technological innovation and international business expansion.

Established by local legislation in 2021, Changsha Entrepreneurs’ Day reflects the city’s long-term commitment to entrepreneurship, private-sector development and a business-friendly environment.

In 2025, the city’s private economy generated more than RMB 1 trillion in value added, accounting for over 65% of Changsha’s GDP. Private enterprises also represented more than 90% of its high-tech companies and over 80% of its nationally recognized specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprises.

At this year’s event, Changsha introduced a series of business support initiatives, including new industrial application opportunities, shared research resources, digital services for SMEs and a dedicated support system for companies expanding overseas.

International expansion was a central focus, reflecting a broader shift in how Chinese companies approach global markets.

For many businesses, international growth is no longer limited to exporting products. It increasingly involves building overseas operations, establishing distribution networks and managing supply chains across multiple markets.

This transition brings new challenges in cross-border transportation, customs compliance, inventory management and local fulfillment.

Competitiveness now depends not only on product quality and pricing, but also on the ability to deliver consistently, respond to disruptions and coordinate resources across borders.

Hunan JUSDA’s recognition reflects the growing importance of supply chain expertise in addressing these challenges and connecting regional manufacturing capabilities with global market opportunities.

Connecting Hunan Manufacturers with Global Markets

For manufacturers and cross-border e-commerce businesses, successful international expansion requires more than moving goods from one country to another. It requires a reliable supply chain that balances cost, speed, visibility and customer expectations.

Based in Changsha, Hunan JUSDA combines local market knowledge with JUSDA’s international logistics network to provide integrated supply chain solutions for manufacturers, exporters and e-commerce businesses.

Its services cover international freight transportation, customs clearance, overseas warehousing and last-mile delivery, helping customers streamline cross-border operations and improve fulfillment efficiency.

In North America, JUSDA leverages three domestic cargo collection hubs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Yiwu to connect Chinese exporters with ocean freight, U.S. customs clearance, overseas warehousing and final delivery services.

Its service network covers key U.S. gateways and distribution markets, including the West Coast, East Coast, Southeast, Chicago and Houston.

Through integrated ocean-to-parcel and ocean-to-truck solutions, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) delivery services, Hunan JUSDA supports shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers and Walmart distribution facilities.

Complementing these services, overseas warehouses on both U.S. coasts provide inventory storage, labeling, cargo pickup, returns handling and shipment redirection, giving customers greater flexibility in managing their international operations.

For manufacturers, supply chain requirements extend to production scheduling, freight capacity planning, overseas distribution and inventory coordination. For e-commerce businesses, the priorities often include peak-season capacity, inventory availability, delivery reliability and the end-customer experience.

The focus is shifting from simply shipping products overseas to delivering orders reliably, efficiently and at scale.

By integrating transportation, warehousing and fulfillment, Hunan JUSDA helps businesses build more resilient cross-border operations and strengthen their ability to compete in international markets.

From Regional Growth to Global Supply Chain Competitiveness

Hunan is one of China’s important manufacturing centers, with established strengths in construction machinery, electronics, new energy and automotive components.

As more companies expand internationally, demand for technology-enabled, globally connected supply chain services continues to grow.

For inland manufacturing regions such as Hunan, international competitiveness requires more than access to transportation corridors. It also depends on integrated logistics infrastructure, digital coordination and reliable links to overseas markets.

Hunan JUSDA helps bridge this gap by bringing JUSDA’s international logistics resources, operational experience and supply chain capabilities closer to regional businesses.

Its recognition as a Changsha Model Enterprise for Global Expansion Services marks an important milestone in this effort and reinforces its commitment to supporting businesses throughout their international growth journeys.

Looking ahead, Hunan JUSDA will continue strengthening collaboration across JUSDA’s global network and digital platforms, enhancing cross-border logistics, overseas fulfillment and integrated supply chain services to support businesses in Hunan.

From enabling Hunan enterprises to reach international markets to supporting the global expansion of Chinese manufacturing, JUSDA remains committed to connecting industries, markets and opportunities worldwide.

By combining global logistics infrastructure, digital innovation and end-to-end supply chain expertise, JUSDA will continue advancing beyond traditional freight services toward more connected, resilient and intelligent supply chain operations.

Through these capabilities, JUSDA aims to help Chinese enterprises strengthen their global competitiveness while contributing to more efficient, collaborative and resilient supply chains worldwide.
