On October 29, the 2026 Harvard Business Review China Annual Conference and New Growth Forum was held in Beijing. JUSDA International Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was recognized in the AI Value in Practice category of the 2026 Dingge Digital Transformation Awards, part of the Digital Intelligence Pioneer Case Program, for its case study, “AI-Driven Hyperautomation Across the End-to-End C2M2C Supply Chain.”
The recognition highlights JUSDA’s continued efforts to embed artificial intelligence into core global supply chain operations, translating technological innovation into practical business and industrial value.
Beyond Technology Adoption: Measuring the Real Value of Digital Transformation
Established in 2018, the Dingge Digital Transformation Awards have become a recognized platform for evaluating and sharing digital transformation practices among Chinese enterprises. Through corporate research, expert evaluations, and academic discussions, the program identifies initiatives that demonstrate business value, organizational innovation, and broader industry relevance.
Under the theme “Intelligent Integration and Coexistence,” the 2026 program places greater emphasis on how AI is integrated into business strategy, operational processes, and organizational capabilities.
Rather than focusing solely on AI models or isolated applications, the AI Value in Practice category examines how intelligent agents, human-AI collaboration, and AI-supported decision-making contribute to sustainable business performance.
This emphasis on practical outcomes reflects a broader shift in digital transformation: from technology deployment to lasting operational and organizational value.
In 2023, JUSDA was recognized as an “Industrial Platform Enterprise of the Year” in the Dingge Digital Transformation Awards for its case study on supply chain resilience in overseas manufacturing operations. The project demonstrated how digital platforms could improve end-to-end visibility, coordination, and resilience across geographically dispersed supply chains.
Building on that foundation, JUSDA’s 2026 case reflects a further evolution—from digital connectivity and process coordination to AI-enabled execution and business process transformation.

Bringing AI into Core Supply Chain Operations Through C2M2C
Global manufacturing supply chains span procurement, production, transportation, customs, warehousing, and distribution. They involve multiple stakeholders, fragmented data sources, and varying regulatory requirements across markets.
The challenge is no longer simply gaining access to information. It is turning that information into timely, reliable decisions and coordinated actions.
Drawing on its extensive experience in manufacturing supply chain management, JUSDA has developed an end-to-end C2M2C supply chain service model.
At the center of its digital strategy is JusLink, JUSDA’s proprietary global intelligent supply chain management platform, which connects data and workflows across procurement, logistics, and materials management.
Building on this digital foundation, JUSDA is integrating AI agents with existing order management, transportation, customs, and financial systems.
The objective is not simply to add AI features to existing applications. Instead, JUSDA is redesigning workflows around business tasks, enabling intelligent systems to interpret information, identify exceptions, support decisions, and execute defined processes.
This moves supply chain management beyond visibility toward coordinated, AI-enabled action.
In practice, these capabilities are being applied across several operational areas:
While these applications address different operational needs, they share a common purpose: reducing manual handoffs, improving data consistency, and enabling more coordinated end-to-end supply chain execution.

From Generative AI to Reliable Execution
Supply chain operations demand high levels of accuracy, regulatory compliance, and traceability.
Customer correspondence, handwritten documents, international trade records, and complex operational requirements often contain unstructured information that general-purpose AI models cannot reliably process without additional business controls.
To address this challenge, JUSDA is developing a supply chain-specific AI architecture that combines multiple models, enterprise knowledge bases, and intelligent agent orchestration.
A key design principle is “structure first, execute second.”
Unstructured information is first interpreted and converted into standardized business data. The resulting information is then validated against defined business rules before being used in downstream operations.
JUSDA also incorporates source-document traceability, exception handling, and human review into critical workflows, helping maintain operational reliability and accountability.
This approach reflects an important distinction between AI that generates content and AI that can support real business execution.
Rather than treating AI as a standalone assistant, JUSDA is developing intelligent systems that can understand tasks, interact with enterprise applications, and operate within clearly defined business and governance requirements.
For complex, cross-border supply chains, the ability to execute tasks reliably and transparently is essential to creating lasting operational value.

Building Scalable AI Capabilities Through Organizational Transformation
Successful AI adoption requires more than technology integration. It also depends on how business teams, technology specialists, and management functions work together.
JUSDA has established a cross-functional IT Center of Excellence (CoE) to bring together business, AI, engineering, and operations teams.
This collaborative structure supports the identification of practical use cases, solution validation, workflow optimization, and the systematic deployment of successful applications.
Through its CDCA methodology—Collect, Divide, Conquer, and Action—JUSDA takes a structured approach to identifying opportunities, prioritizing business challenges, validating solutions, and standardizing implementation.
The company is also transforming operational procedures, business knowledge, and implementation experience into reusable knowledge bases, workflow templates, and AI agent development standards.
This allows successful solutions to be adapted and applied across different business functions.
At the workforce level, AI increasingly supports standardized and repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus on complex exceptions, customer engagement, and supply chain solution design.
The goal is not simply to automate more tasks, but to create a more effective partnership between human expertise and intelligent systems.
This approach closely aligns with the Dingge program’s emphasis on intelligent integration, where technology, people, and organizations evolve together.

Advancing Global Manufacturing Through Intelligent Supply Chains
As manufacturers diversify their global production footprints, supply chain competitiveness increasingly depends on more than transportation capacity and warehousing infrastructure.
The ability to connect global resources, manage operational risks, and support timely decisions is becoming equally important.
By integrating JusLink with AI-powered business agents, JUSDA is extending the value of digital transformation beyond internal efficiency toward more comprehensive supply chain management services for its customers.
Ultimately, the value of AI in supply chain management should not be measured solely by the number of tasks automated.
It lies in reducing coordination complexity, improving delivery reliability, strengthening resilience, and helping manufacturers respond effectively to an increasingly uncertain global environment.
Looking ahead, JUSDA will continue advancing AI-driven supply chain capabilities, integrating digital intelligence with its global service network to support the international expansion and long-term competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.
